The best way to determine length is to use a soft measuring tape or a piece of ribbon (anything that doesn’t stretch) to determine how long or how far back on your head you would like the rhinestone portion to go.

A rule of thumb, for an adult, 12″ will go approximately from the top of one ear, up and over the top of your head to the top of the other ear. For each inch of length you add, it will go 1/2″ down on each side.

If the production time listed on the item is too slow and you would like your order to be rushed, you can add my rush order upgrade to your purchase. This reduces your production time down to 1 business day. Then your item will ship out via the method you choose at checkout. Here is a link to the rush order upgrade.

All orders will be mailed USPS first class and will include delivery confirmation. First Class shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3-5 business days. The shipping time frame does not include the production time. Upgrading your shipping speed does not change the production time needed to create your item.

Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order after you checkout if you are located within the United States.

We ship all orders first class through USPS unless you choose to upgrade your shipping at checkout.

If you are located within the United States, First class shipping  typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive. It does not have a guaranteed delivery date.

If you are located internationally, please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to arrive.

I do offer upgrade options for both Priority and Express shipping.

Within the US, First class and priority mail do not have a guaranteed delivery speed by the post office so I can not guarantee a certain delivery date if these methods of shipment are selected. The only shipping method that USPS will guarantee is Express which is 2 days guaranteed or the post office will refund the delivery charges.

No, my prices and shipping costs do NOT include any VAT, GST, duty fees or customs fees or any other fees of any kind. If your are an international customer, if your country assesses any fees on your package, those fees are the customer’s responsibility to pay.

Please check and double check the shipping address you enter on etsy when you purchase an item. This is what I use to create your package. If USPS deems a package “undeliverable” or marks it as “insufficient address” the package may return to me. In this case, the purchaser will be FULLY responsible for paying for shipping again after providing the correct address. I cannot be held responsible for delays in receiving your item if this occurs. No refunds will be issued for this reason.

I want you to be 100% happy with your order. If for any reason you are not, please send me a message and I will work with you to fix the problem and make an exchange if needed. I do not accept returns.

However, please note, as is customary in the bridal industry, all sales are final with Bridal Headbands. All sales are final and not exchangeable on holiday items as well. Custom items are non-refundable/non-exchangable.

I inspect each item carefully as I package them. If an item arrives damaged and is irreparable, I require photographic proof and return of the item at the buyers’ expense. An exact copy of the purchased item will be created and shipped back to you. No changes may be made to the order for replacement, unless the custom nature of the items make it impossible to recreate because of supply availability. If this is the case I will contact you to come up with a close alternative.
